Riding in her pink car. She had lost interest in her car for awhile, until Finley got one too! 

ballet!

vera started ballet lessons this week.  we talked about being a ballerina with her good friend olivia who was also taking the class.  olivia was the star of ballet class.  while vera sat on mom or hid her face in my lap for 41 of the 45 minute class.  she joined for the last 4 minutes, which mostly consisted of taking bows b/c class was over.

she then said approximately 198457839474958456249857 times on the way home that she wanted to go to ballet class.  however, i have a feeling that next week, she will be sitting on my lap again.  hopefully for only 37 minutes this time ;)

Sand crabs

Spent a sunny September weekend at the beach. Our friend Kelly is the queen of catching sand crabs. And Vera was a huge fan.
