halloween 'parade'

our neighborhood has a halloween parade the weekend before halloween. and this year it was cancelled on saturday b/c of snow (!!!) and then again on sunday b/c of mud.... ummm really?

so vera got dressed up and we walked around the neighborhood anyway. what a cute little monkey!

a visit to nj

we went to nj for cousin H's bday last weekend. Vera had a busy day! playing legos, auntie S played with her phone. vera played hide and seek behind the curtains, and had a light saber fight. and needed a refreshing seltzer to finish up the day

milburn orchard

we went to milburn orchard again... fun times, pumpkin picking, corn maze, a petting zoo. apple cider donuts.

and here's a comparison to when we went last year. our little girl is gettinng so big!

target

hi there, long time, no pictures, huh... i had some severe computer issues that may or may not have included a cup of coffee spill. and i was busy trying not to lose pictures and data. but i am back and up and running! and i do have some new pictures to post from the last couple weeks.

we'll start with a quicky - some phone pictures taken at target. not exactly the best quality, but beggers cant be choosy! it looks like vera is going to be an all-star shopper, just like her mom. look at her finesse while handling mulitple carts!

we went camping at a xmas tree farm last weekend. here's some pictures of vera playing in the gravel driveways there. will post some pictures of vera with xmas trees in them tomorrow.

v-dub

our friend tim coined a nickname for vera when she was born: v-dub. so recently he had a custom shirt made for her with her nickname printed on it.

vera loves to give tim hugs and spend quality time with him, so we thought we'd take some pictures to capture their fun times together...

vera and i stopped at highland orchards again. we walked around, tried to access off-limit areas, and checked out a rabbit.
