finley-fest

we had finley's first birthday party this past weekend.  it included a live band (what can i say, finley has connections).  you'll have to harass jp to put finley birthday pictures on his blog.  here is vera rocking out.

a few weeks ago nina made vera a birthday cake.  not on her actual birthday, but vera wasn't opposed to celebrating more than once... thanks for the pink cake nina!

Pedicures

Vera and Annabelle had a girls night out for their birthdays (they share the same birthday!). They got pedicures, manicures, and Chinese food for dinner! (Also, three year olds who play outside a lot in sandals have gross toes)

i tried really hard to get a nice picture of me and my children on mother's day.  here are some out-takes.  and the first one might be the best one.  i wanted to keep trying to get a picture where they actually looked at the camera.  oh well...
